Attachments
- A valid passport and previous passports --
- Form filled, visa fees paid, and appointment booked (This will be done by us)
- Letter of employment/school
- Travel itinerary and hotel booking. (Can be assisted by us)
- If invited, attach a Utility bill, proof of residency, Bank statement, proof of relation, and invitation letter from the inviting person
- Salary slips
- In the case of a business visa, an invitation from the supplier is required.
- 3 months' certified Bank statement of the person sponsoring the trip or personnel with a cover letter. (Bank statement should be obtained at least 4 days before appointment date)
- If self-employed – Company letter/documents
- Any fixed assets
- Non-Tanzanian – Valid Permit to reside in Tanzania (6 months +)
Visa processing time:
4-6 working weeks from the date of submission, after attending their biometrics appointment.
Expedite service is chargeable at USD 450 per application

6 months - Standard service: USD 130
2 years - Standard service: USD 490
5 years – Standard service: USD 720
10 years - Standard service: USD 1050
Book and Fly Travels Ltd service fee - USD 150 per application.

Note, to submit the documents, there are 2 methods.
- Self-service, where you upload the documents yourself on the visa portal and submit your application
- Assisted Service - where you take original hard copy documents to the appointment, and they assist you to upload the documents. this service is at an additional cost of TZS 99,000
