  • Duly completed visa application form
  • Recent passport-size photograph – White background
  • Passport (valid at least 6 months beyond the departure date of your trip)
  • Flight itinerary
  • Hotel booking
  • Day to Day itinerary – If traveling for Tourism
  • Invitation letter if attending for Business or Conference.
  • 3 months' certified Bank statement of the person sponsoring the trip with a cover letter. (Bank statement should be obtained at least 4 days before appointment date)
  • Introduction letter – In case someone else is paying for the travel
  • Travel Insurance – Valid for the travel period
  • If Employed, Company Introduction Letter and Salary Slip for 3 months
  • Parents' consent letter (for minors traveling alone or with one parent)
  • Copy for previous Schengen visa (If applicable)
  • Marriage certificates for couples and Children’s birth certificates.
  • If 1 parent is traveling with children, a consent letter is required by the other parent.

 

Visa Processing Time: Approx. 14 working days after the Interview

Book and Fly Travels Ltd Visa fees: USD 150 per applicant including Travel Insurance.

Excellent communication skills. updated regularly about the package. the accomodation in serengeti was excellent with beautiful views and very good food, the driver was well informed about the safari and answered our quesions promptly, book and fly director Mr Ali made sure that our trip went smoothly as possible

The whole package tour was set to our needs and worked out perfectly with consideration to time and budget. The driver and tour guide were knowledgeable and pleasant, tour bus was not the most comfortable since we were driving most of the day through dusty unpaved bumpy roads.

I arrived at Nairobi airport at midnight after a delay and our driver was patiently waiting and managed to safely take us back to Arusha where I spent a few days adjusting to the time and visiting with local friends and family..
