Attachments
- Valid Passport for at least 6 months from proposed date of return (plus a copy)
- Visa application form correctly filled and Signed
- Air Tickets (Minimum Req Reservation) Original flight ticket
- 2 passport size – White background
- Hotel reservations / Introduction letter from applicant.
- 3 months certified Bank statement of person sponsoring the trip with a covering letter. (Bank statement should be obtained at least 4 days before appointment date)
- A letter of invitation in English:
- Consent Letter - form
For Business Travel:
- An invitation letter written by a company or an organization located in the Schengen country, mentioning the
- contact details of the company,
- period and duration of stay,
- purpose of stay and the nature of the business relationship between the host company and the applicant/applicant's company
- If a company is inviting the applicant: a copy of the certificate or registration or business license of the inviting company:
- 3 months' certified Bank statement of person sponsoring the trip with a covering letter. (Bank statement should be obtained at least 4 days before appointment date)
- Introduction letter and supporting documents where applicable
- For foreign nationals residing in Tanzania proof of legal stay (i.e. Tanzanian residence permit):
- For employee: An employment contract and its copy and a letter from the employer (indicating the name of the employer and employee, date of issue, address, telephone number of the employer, the position of the signatory, work tasks of the employee, monthly salary, dates of the planned journey), salary slips for the past three months
- For entrepreneurs: business registration document and its copy, indicating the name(s) of the company owner(s), TIN-certificate, tax clearance certificates, company's bank statement for the past three months

Tourist Visa:
Visa + DHL service to Nairobi + Service fee = Approx USD 285 per application
